Ok, so I completed the watch. I really love it!!!
So I have 2 designs so far. They have interchangable stretch bands.

Working on a New Item

My niece Denetra always brings something interesting to the table. She recently made a purchase from another crafter. She purchased a watch. It is a large face watch with the big wood beads. Cute but not my style. She walks over to me and says, “Sorry I know I should have come to you first but I really like this watch. I hate the band but I love the watch, can you fix it?” She gives it to me and tells me she knows I will make it look good. I am so happy she has confidence in me.

I took the watch apart and let it all sit there for a day or so. I usually have my best ideas in the morning when head is clear. I will have to tell you later what she asked me to do with the wood beads.

After a couple of days, it hit me. I sat at my work table and pull out this and pulled out that. I put beads together, I put spacers and beads together, moved things around this way and that way. Finally, it came together.

So, I actually like it. I decided to add this to my line.

Starting A Blog

Well, here I am starting a Blog. My friend Becky will never believe this. It is out of my character to reveal myself to others. But, I keep reading and hearing from others that if I want to be successful online I need to blog. I made a commitment to push this business another step forward in 2012.

So hear I am. I have been really excited about this all day because I really can make this be whatever I want it to be. I am sure it will evolve as time moves forward. Right now, I want it to be a forum to promote my business, share my ideas, and probably a millon other things. I can already see me taking pictures of crazy stuff I see and putting them hear for the rest of the world to laugh with me.
